| E-Filing of New York State Vendor Responsibility Questionnaires |

D&C construction and consulting firms may now enter, certify (and recertify) their vendor responsibility questionnaires on-line through the NYS VendRep System operated by the NYS Office of the State Comptroller (OSC).
• Construction contractors (and certain subcontractors) are required to complete a CCA-2 – For-Profit Construction questionnaire. The VendRep System will present this questionnaire to the business entity who, when completing Basic Vendor Data information, indicates it is for-profit and bids on construction contracts.
• Consulting firms (and some subconsultants) providing architectural, engineering, surveying, construction management, testing and related professional services are required to use the For-Profit (Non-Construction) questionnaire. The VendRep System will present this questionnaire to the business entity who, when completing Basic Vendor Data information, indicates it is for-profit and does not bid on construction contracts.
