The vendors shown on this list have been approved by the Vendor Responsibility Group of the OGS Design & Construction Group (D&C) within the past year. The list was developed as a reference tool for government agencies, vendors and other organizations that need the assistance of construction services from qualified vendors, particularly in case of a disaster or other emergency declaration in New York State. The list shows:- Prime contractors and subcontractors that have worked on OGS D&C projects.
- Vendors on the OGS Emergency Bidders List who have been pre-qualified by OGS D&C to perform work on OGS emergency projects in specified trades and NYS counties.
The list is provided in Microsoft Excel format, and includes filtering and sorting capabilities. It includes:- The Vendor's contact information
- Description of trades or services provided
- Minority-owned/Women-owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) certification status
- NYS-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) certification status
- The list also specifies which vendors are New York State businesses.
Inclusion on the list does not imply endorsement of the firm, or future approval, by OGS. For OGS D&C contracts, vendors must submit form BDC 329 (Contractor’s List of Subcontractors) for vendor-responsibility review and approval, prior to any project work or payments. |
