The New York State Office of General Services Design & Construction Group (OGS) intends to contract with up to two (2) firms to provide Code, Regulatory Requirement and Fire Protection consulting and design services for the Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Office of Mental Health Bureau of Inspection and Certification (OMH-BIC) for various community based mental health support facilities.
