The New York State Office of General Services Design and Construction Group (D&C), on behalf of the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH), is seeking Letters of Interest from qualified architectural/engineering firms to provide consulting, design, bid and construction phase services to provide a 12,000 square foot, 25-bed Transitional Living Residence (TLR) on the South Campus of the Creedmoor Psychiatric Center located in Queens Village, NY.
