The New York State Office of General Services Design and Construction (OGS, D&C), on behalf of the
New York State Division of State Police, is seeking Letters of Interest from qualified
architectural/engineering firms to provide consulting, design, bid and construction phase services for
alterations to an existing 180,000 SF, 3-story office building located at 17 Corporate Woods Boulevard,
Albany, NY 12211 to serve as a satellite forensic laboratory and for other Investigative units of the New
York Division of State Police.
