The New York State Office of General Services Design and Construction Group (D&C), on behalf of the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH), is seeking Letters of Interest from qualified architectural/engineering firms to provide professional consulting, Design, Bid and Construction Phase Services for recommended repairs to address the observed deficiencies at Creedmoor Psychiatric Center.
A comprehensive Program Report for this project, entitled Creedmoor Building 40 - Report of Project Approach, created by Superstructures Engineering + Architecture, PLLC, was published February 21, 2023, and is provided as part of this Request for Qualifications.
