|
The New York State Office of General Services Design & Construction Group (OGS), on behalf of the New York State Department of Health (DOH), intends to contract with up to two (2) firms to provide engineering, surveying and professional consulting services to create water service line material inventories for public water systems. Firms must possess a strong background with environmental engineering, as assigned tasks will primarily be in this area of expertise, with an occasional requirement of design, development, and implementation of GIS system databases. Firms should be knowledgeable about the Safe Drinking Water Act, Clean Water Infrastructure Act, Lead and Copper Rule, as well as other applicable water statutes.
